Terms of Service

Last updated: April 26, 2026

These Terms describe the rules for using Envalist. They are a practical product draft and should be reviewed before public launch.

Using Envalist

You may use Envalist to access a routed AI workspace for chat, analysis, writing, coding, image generation, and other supported workflows.

You are responsible for the prompts, files, audio, and other content you submit, and for reviewing generated outputs before relying on them.

Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.

You may not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits, abuse controls, billing, or other safeguards.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Envalist to violate laws, infringe rights, abuse third-party services, generate harmful content, or attempt to bypass security and rate limits.

We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access if usage risks harming the service, other users, providers, or the public.

AI Outputs

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for evaluating outputs, especially before using them for legal, medical, financial, employment, or other high-impact purposes.

Routing decisions, model availability, and generated results may change as providers update their systems or pricing.

Plans, Credits, and Billing

Paid plans provide a credit balance and limits described at checkout. Credits may be consumed at different rates depending on the model or feature used.

Subscription pricing, credit refill rules, and provider availability may change. Any material billing change should be communicated before it affects an active paid period.

Availability and Changes

Envalist depends on third-party AI providers, infrastructure, and payment systems. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may modify features, models, limits, or these Terms as the product evolves.
