Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what Envalist collects, how we use it, and the choices you have when using our multi-model AI workspace.
Information We Collect
We collect account information such as your email address, display name, authentication provider, and plan status when you sign in or subscribe.
We process chat messages, uploaded or recorded inputs, generated outputs, routing decisions, and usage metadata so the product can answer requests, keep history, and calculate credits.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide the Envalist service, route requests to appropriate model providers, maintain conversation history, calculate usage and credits, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
Provider API keys and payment gateway secrets are kept on the backend. The frontend only calls the Envalist API through the configured API URL.
AI Providers
When you send a message or generate an image, relevant prompt content may be sent to third-party AI providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI depending on the selected route.
Those providers process submitted content according to their own terms and privacy commitments. Avoid submitting sensitive information unless you are comfortable with that processing.
Billing and Credits
We store plan, credit balance, usage, and transaction metadata needed to operate subscriptions and enforce limits.
Card or bank details should be handled by the payment gateway once connected. Envalist should not directly store raw payment card details.
Data Retention and Deletion
Conversation history and account data are retained while your account is active or as needed for product, security, billing, and legal purposes.
You may request deletion of account data where applicable. Some records may be retained if required for security, fraud prevention, billing, or legal compliance.
Cookies, Sessions, and Local Storage
Envalist uses essential cookies, browser storage, and third-party session tools to keep you signed in, remember language preferences, secure requests, process payments, prevent abuse, and keep the app working.
Non-essential analytics or marketing cookies should only be used after consent. You can choose essential-only cookies in the cookie notice; essential cookies are required for authentication, security, and payment flows.
Contact
For privacy or PDPA requests, contact the Envalist team through the support channel published on the site or in your account workspace.
